Recently, actor Janhvi Kapoor moved to the Delhi High Court with 4000 web links and an appeal—to protect her personality rights against online criticism, unauthorised advertisement, and pornographic content using AI and deepfakes. While the Delhi High Court has ordered the removal of obscene content, fake accounts, & commercially exploitative platforms, it has refused to impose a blanket ban on her fan clubs, observing that fan communities, criticism, & satire are inevitable
