Additionally, all employees are part of the Board of Moderators of the club which enhances knowledge and experience in feminist leadership. HR & Community Manager [HR]- 2 total
As the HR and Community Manager you will serve as the primary point of connection between the club and its members, fostering a welcoming & inclusive environment. Your role will involve maintaining smooth operations among members, moderators and the founder via open communication channels, addressing member concerns, and building relationships within the community. You'll work closely with the founder to promote engagement and ensure a supportive space for everyone.
Digital Content Manager [DCM] - 3-5 total
The Digital Content Manager will oversee the creation, curation, and management of all digital content for the club. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, ensuring consistency across platforms, and aligning all content with the club’s feminist mission. You will play a key role in enhancing the club's online presence and engaging the community through impactful storytelling.
There are two distinct roles within this position:
1. Research and Policy Writer (2)
2. Digital Creative Writer (1)
Visual Creative [VC]-
2 total
The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging graphics for social media and community initiatives, including reports, magazines, social posts etc.. This role focuses on executing designs based on established brand identity, content briefs, and templates to ensure consistency across all platforms. The GD moderator will work closely with the founder to execute creative designs and effective visual communications.
As moderator, you get access to the community because this opportunity is open ONLY to club members of The Gal Gala. This is an unpaid opportunity, but it offers valuable hands-on experience for skill development, along with certificates, LinkedIn recommendations, LoRs etc. Find out more here. Apply here.
